Needs resurfacing, the courts are in rough shape

These are the SUNY Albany tennis courts. They are public tennis courts since the university is a public university. They get very crowded in the afternoon and into the evening, but they are lit at night. The courts are in reasonably good condition but the last time I was there some of the nets needed repairing. I would imagine that the school can afford to repair the nets. Hopefully it will happen soon. There is also a backboard to hit against on two of the courts. A lot of people come here because these are some of the best courts in the area. It’s also a good place to meet other tennis players. The best time to get here is probably prior to 4 PM. After 4 PM the course can get very full. be careful with where you park. Check the signs.
